Glad I caught your post. I would have never known of this travesty. I will make a mental note. But your right we do need more details so I know exactly what not to do the next time I am in this situation.

Hi all! Happy Tuesday, fellow RnYers!

Fast one today, late as usual.

All is well. 3 more pounds to go to reclaim my ultimate goal weight. I've been hovering just above it for 4 days now but a drop is definitely on the way! I can be very determined about such things!

QOTD: I have never been a super fan of bread, bread-y or pasta-y foods, including pizza. I've had lots of it through the years, ofcourse, but never really craved it. My kiddo loved it growing up so of course we would have it a few times per month. One Valentine's Day I got him a heart shaped pepperoni pizza. I basically have little preference about toppings, I'll go with whatever people who care more get. I haven't had pizza, etc. since surgery, and I honestly don't ever miss it.

First: coffee with cashew milk & SF syrup

B: AmyLu's andouille chicken sausages

L: tuna

D: either chicken or a little ham.
