What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

We made it to Friday! Whoo! Hope you all have a nice weekend planned. Nothing much happening for me except for a family zoom and another virtual meet up with friends. Other than that, now that we have moved all of the furniture in the living room, lots of little things are all out of place and I want to get things organized!

Here are my pics for the week. First up me hanging with my Dolly on Zoom, Wednesday!

Next is my new zoom background. I really love decorating this window ledge for ever season and it's become something that my colleagues look forward to seeing how I decorate for every season :)

Last--when we moved the living room furniture this week, we had to empty out the bookcases so of course the kitties found a new condo to move into. This pic is my favorite--Fezzie is such a flirt.

QOTD: How often do you weigh yourself? Sheila and I were talking about this the other day... I have to do it every day or I would go nuts with worry. I have weighed daily since post-op, except for my terrible busy year when my self-care was awful. I was weighing in more like over other week or once a month, and my weight skyrocketed during that year. I don't think that was even close to the entirety of why I had a gain that year, but it didn't help to be ignoring it.

  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)

I weigh once a day and have no problem with weighing more often. It is when people stay away from the scale that they gain.

Yay for Friday! I have a ton to get done today at work and I have a dentist appt at 1 so it's just going to be back to back to back with multitasking from 5 to 1.

qotd - I weigh daily, first thing in the morning.

not sure what my menu for today looks like - I'll have coffee, yogurt and ever roast in some combination. I also have been low on my hydration the past couple of days so I will be sure to get 100 oz in after the coffee!

Beautiful! The Grand Canyon is pretty much at the top of my travel bucket list.

It's amazing. You think "how many times can I see it" but it's different at different times of the year, different times of the day. I never got tired of it...and when you live in Phoenix, everyone that visits wants to go, lol

I've only been to the Grand canyon once and it's such an amazing place! It was the end of October and I was amazed at the snow on the cacti
