I actually laughed out loud at the imbeciles comment. Your phrasing got me. Glad you didn't get injured on the ice.

I am thankful that you didn't fall. I sometimes think that not falling and wrenching your back is worse than actually falling.

hi all weekend was pretty good. Saw my sisters and dad yesterday for lunch. He is moving to AZ on wednesday and that is sooooo far away from georgia. not super thrilled. I had a burger patty there with a fried egg on top and some bacon. I really should have stopped at 1/2 but didn't.

this week should be fairly low key. i do have to drive to TN wednesday for an on site meeting. there is a new trader joes in Chattanooga so that will be a stop.

woke with a bad headache, about to take something and keep on working.

QOTD: SIL won't wear a mask and made a ruckus at costco so I heard from my other SIL. most of the time here in north Ga people do not wear masks. then they look at you like you are the strange one... my dad and I were the ones in masks yesterday.

Food today:

b: coffee, either protein French toast with keto 35 cal bread OR egg wrap on high fiber low carb wrap

s: ?

d: turkey/plant blend meatloaf

I'm also making the rest of the rotis chicken into a chicken tortilla soup today

I don?t understand the people that act like idiots about the rules. The studio where I used to do aerial yoga does not allow masks. I think it?s not a wise choice but I?m not going to go over there and throw a fit because of it. I just don?t go there any longer.

that's so weird they don't even allow masks. Yikes. I wouldn't go there, either.

G'morning all!

We had a relaxing weekend. There was some crafting, a lunch on an outside patio, couple of movies (streamed), and an unsuccessful shopping trip to find a tall fake plant. Where do you guys buy a fake plant? I was hoping to get one locally so I didn't have to pay for shipping. I'm not sure if it's a supply chain issue or what but nothing was to be found.

QOTD: Thank goodness I live in a blue bubble in a blue state. Masks everywhere. Even when they lifted the mask mandate, last fall, most people still wore them inside. The ratio for fully vaccinated in my county is 72%. Family and friends are all vaxxed and masked up. I guess my attitude towards anti vaxers or anti maskers is so plainly spelled out that either I don't have an antivax friend/family, or they wouldn't tell me because they would no longer be my friend.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: coffee + barebells bar
  • L: shredded pork + cauliflower thins
  • S: 2 TJ ginger chocolate cookies
  • D: vegetable soup
  • E: Rest day

Happy start of the week!

I would look at Ross, TJ Maxx, or Mashalls for a fake plant.
