Happy Friday and TGIF - Day 2 of my post disappearing, what wrong button am I pushing here? Love the penguin and your view! I secretly or not so secretly ADORE McDonalds and now I want some! Today is a short day for me followed by lunch and a movie with my sister. We're seeing Where the Crawdads Sing. Excited to hand with her today. Jen - your description of your friends reminds me of my sister, new stupid stories and old stupid stories, rinse and repeat! I love it. Tomorrow we are taking the dogs to the beach in the morning, it's supposed to be clear in Avila, fingers crossed. Sunday I want to hike some local hills by my house and kiddo is coming over in the afternoon. Otherwise it'll be the usual house stuff, prep/paln and relaxing.
QOTD - High end shopping is my guilty pleasure. Searching for the perfect bag or shoe is everything! Lately it's includes a painful, no you can't have it - I've cut back so much on everything. I need for nothing and it was getting ridiculous.

We made it through another week! It's the weekend(almost). This weekend, I hope to catch up with a friend who just got back from a month abroad.

Jen Photos are just beautiful and take advantage of the girl weekend. There is never enough time to spend with good friends. How did life get so busy.
I am anticipating a calm weekend. I only gotta do my Mom duty and other than that I am free. It is going to be In the 90's so a little gardening and pool time. We most likely will have some meals out. DH has some gift card we need to use.
QOTD: TikTok I learn such cool stuff from there.
Acountability: I ate a few caramel covered cheese balls again and probable will continue to the bag is gone.

D: Doing a sheet pan with sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, and zucchini with olive oil and lemon juice probable throw some bacon in there too. If I get really inspired I may top the bowls with fried eggs. We will see.
Exercise: not today my head would explode due to the head cold I plan to be motivated and get back at this if not over the weekend but wake up Monday and do it.
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Last weeks family reunion I am on the top right standing on the bench with arm around DH
This is in 2007 or 2008 when we had more people and we thought is was small then. I remember it being 300 to 400 as a kid. I am in the front row sitting and mom is next to me in yellow and DH is next to her. The 2 men on the left are both passed since this photo.
