Making cheese is on my list. I've long wanted to make a nice wheel of sharp cheddar.

I get my rennet (for skyr) from this place, and have made paneer and mozzarella (although that's been my extent of cheesemaking so far - those are beginner-level cheeses - I would imagine cheddar is a lot more involved). But they do have everything you might need plus recipes for various cheeses...

Thank you for sharing this. I've been craving paneer and dal. Had looked into making it for about a minute.

I've made dal a few times - I do it in my Instant Pot, but you can do it the old-fashioned way, too. There are a lot of recipes online. And paneer is pretty easy to make....

Don't miss the blimp museum, it is amazing. The blimp hangars and planes, just the timbers in there are amazing....

QJB- so happy to hear the concert was fun and the cookie class was a success. Interestingly I heard on the news that there is a virus going around that mimics a cold. It has been around for years but we are seeing a resurgence due to all the masking we have done in the last 3 years which means our immune system no longer has immunity to this virus. Doesn't sound like it is too severe overall. I think DD had it and we thought it was allergies also.

my weekend was pretty much spent deep cleaning the house. It looks great but I am tired! Dd and I did an aerial silk and sling class that was pretty fun. I liked the sling better. The silk seemed like it needed more upper body strength.

QOTD: I think I would be ok if my texts were leaked. I don't tend to be political or socially inappropriate in text messages

Accountability: stayed on plan all weekend! Added an extra cold brew yesterday's and today since I needed a little extra boost.
