GLP1 Up & Down

So, I've been on a GLP1 for the last 4 months. I have gained and lost the same 5 pounds. So, frustrating. I have logged every meal, every bite /sip of food and liquid on myfitnesspal.com. I have measured and remeasured portion sizes. Still to no avail. So, tomorrows visit will be the last visit for the shot. I have talked to the doctor and nurse practitioners' at the clinic that I receive these at. And they are baffled. I know these shots have helped numerous people. And I am so glad they work. But, just don't work for me. I'll be talking with the doctor and practitioners' tomorrow to see of there is something else that they can recommend that can help/

Maybe ask them about Contrave it's a pill. I've been on Lomaira and Topiramate for over a year and at first they worked really well, but lately they haven't been as helpful so when I go in November I'm going to ask about Contrave. I will say I have lost 35 lbs and kept it off, but seem to be stuck.

I'll second the recommendation to ask them about Contrave or the generic form which is Bupropion and Naltrexone. In the first 24 hours it was like a switch was flipped in my brain that shut off the food noise, improved my mood and my outlook on life to include feeling hope again after so many years living with regain. It does have a lot of unpleasant but temporary side effects, I gritted my teeth and am now down 51 pounds since May. This was the first time I really logged like you are doing and am counting macros.
