Finally Friday's Menu

Happy Friday Gang!!! Today should be a quiet day at work. The plant manager is took a vacation day. I might see if I can get out a little earlier. I called and we have Frontier fiber internet coming out tomorrow morning to install it. I'm tired of Breezeline having unexpected outages and being without internet for over 24 hours. Not sure what other plans there are for the weekend.

Where is everyone? We had a nice group of people now there are only a few that post. If you're a lurker start posting and join us.

QOTD: If you had to choose would you rather have a personal chef or personal trainer? I'm going to go with personal trainer just because I like to cook and I don't trust other people with my food. LOL

Happy Friday at 9:30 PM - finally the end of my workday!

Toured a four building complex by the water in the South Bronx . I liked all the apartments I saw for various reasons - an expensive one bedroom has a great view and OK ish terrace size - two two beds are OK but not the best view wise and one eighth floor 2 bed has TWO big terraces but no view . All these apartments have access to a SAL****er heated indoor pool !!!! ( as do the almost three thousand other residents -958 apartments total ! ) Giant amount of amenities - working , lounging spaces, gardens etc . Theres also a long landscaped riverfront park that belongs to the buildings no trash trucks all nite ... and much better air than the one I fell in love with and was rejected from

Applying for the one in Inwood , and also reapplying for the corner terraced 3 bed in South Harlem w no amenities.

Trying super hard to reapply for THE FAVORITE ... did a preliminary deposit then idiot real estate agent doesnt send me the complete application all afternoon - doesnt she want a $5000 commission for nothing more than sending an email ?!

These NYC real estate agents are SO spoiled ...never return phone calls , fail to show up for scheduled viewings w/ out notification - and worst yet most NEVER ever pick up their ringing phone ...

Had a big pouch day today - lets see if I can remember everything I ate - 1/2 payday bar , sf ff coffee latte , 1/2 pint roasted vegetable soup from Pret - 1/2 egg salad sandwich w arugula on ww bread ( ate other half w/out crusts late last nite) bites of chicken salad sandwich on ww bread , 1/2 big banana 1/2 container ff sf yogurt ...1/2 container Pret white chili soup.

So happy to sleep in an actual bed tonite !

Tomorrow morning filling out applications and scanning in supporting documents in library ... then mebbe heading into town to see a few more apts if I receive confirmation first from gosh darn agentz ... drove 4 hours round trip the other day only to have agent not show up grrrr.

Same one of course that hasnt forwarded the application after I sent her proof of initial deposit Are these people whacked or what ?!
