Thanks for sharing and you are right.... by the time I was considering surgery my body said it was pay back time. I think for most of us when we hit our 40's it's time to pay the piper. Everything started to go downhill at the same time. Diabetes, high BP, knees, back. Barely could walk....
I love you had a size not a number on the scale. That can drive you nuts sometimes. Sorry for what you are going through H.A.L.A.

I was in denial until I saw a photo of me on a cruise. Trust me, I hid from camera's. My PCP and I tried every pill, shot, diet plan there was and it just didn't click. When she first mentioned it I was like are you nuts 
She was right......

This just popped up on my news feed. I think we all know losing weight helps all kinds of health issues but I have not seen this in print. I will be anxious to see what our resident research/fact finder sparklekitty will find on this.

Do you think bike shorts would work for you? I had no butt left when I lost weight and it hurt to sit on the floor and other activities. I got the bike shorts and they had padding on the but and inner thigh. Really helped. I am not sure the padding goes down far enough for you in the inner thigh area. Check it out on Amazon and see what you think?

We do really strange things with food, weight loss and such. I remember when I came home after surgery I was obsessed with watching the Food Network. How cruel and messed up is that

Share with him that my husband and I were buffet buddies. I had surgery got healthy and my husband didn't. I am here he is not. He died 12/5/2015 So much for the golden years. When you share that with him ask him "any questions"?

Didn't I read somewhere there was a class action law suit because the company fudged so bad on the serving size? I need to go google

I used these and they are amazing. When I would gain weight, I did so fast and used these to have to not go out and buy a new bra.
