The fruit punch is hardest to find. I've bought all of mine online, from whoever has it cheapest. Amazon has it, but not cheap. I always pay about 34 dollars. I think the last time I bought it was from Super Supplements.

I was August 21, so a little after you. But overall I couldn't be better. Great progress and no complaints.

This has happened to me on and off from the beginning, and I'm now nine months out. My surgeon and PCP both told me it was low blood pressure, or orthostatic (postural) hypotension. It is easy enough to test if you can check your own blood pressure. The docs checked mine sitting, resting, and then right after standing. it dropped a lot, even when I didn't feel dizzy. The surgeon said he had seen a fair number of cases, but would not call it common.
Both docs said the same thing, drink more fluids, and have more salt. I try to drink more, even though I usually get over 100 ounces a day.
But do be careful. I have had a few episodes where I wasn't smart enough to sit down right away, and blacked out.

My surgeon said the same thing, that malabsorption of calories is way overstated. He did say that malabsorbing certain vitamins and minerals is the only real issue.

As others have said, RNY doesn't wear off. And the malabsorptive component is dramatically overstated. Malabsorption is much more significant for vitamins than calories. But your problem is you are eating enough to maintain your current weight, and the only way to take off more is to eat less and exercise more.
Your statement that you must be eating more than you thought is the heart of the issue. You should start weighing and logging all of your food. I think you would be surprised at how much you are actually eating. And if you can lower that, you will lose weight again.

I tried using water, but the taste was not nearly as good. If you want something different, try Syntrax Matrix. I've used their lemonade and fruit punch, mixed with water, and love them. They have other fruit and tea flavors, and they don't froth the way that the chocolate and vanilla type powders do.

Listen very carefully to your body. You may not FEEL a full sensation, but chances are it will give you signals. For example, about 15-20 minutes after I start eating, I will get a kind of hiccup/burp kind of thing. It will happen when I swallow, or a few seconds after. When that starts, I know I'm full. My nose will also tend to start running. Really pay attention to any changes your body may make about 20 minutes into a meal. If there is anything that you can see as recurring about the same time into each meal, that is likely a full signal. One you know what your signals are, it is easy to gage when your body is full, and stopping at that point will become second nature as long as yu stay in tune with your body. Good luck to you :)
This is exactly what happens to me. I thought I was the only one!

Everyone stalls after a short time. It will pass. But you should be getting more protein, and increase your exercise if you can. And make certain you know how much you are eating by weighing and logging every single thing.
As far as clothes are concerned, get as few in each size as you can. You'll go through sizes more frequently than you can imagine.I've gone through several sets over nine months.

Pretty much everyone hits a little plateau at a month or so out, and it will pass. And weight loss starts to change at the four to six month mark, becoming more erratic. The best thing you can do is weigh, measure and log everything, so you know exactly what your intake is. Estimating just doesn't cut it. Do that, stick to your plan, and things will work out. Just not day to day, or even week to week, but certainly over time.

Mine is usually about 100/60, and I'm almost nine months out. But I sometimes have dizziness, and a few times have passed out. My doctor says it is postural hypotension, or orthostatic hypotension. It's a fancy name for getting dizzy when you stand up. It also happens to me when coming to a standing stop for a few minutes after walking vigorously or exercising. The doc had me sit and then stand a couple of times and checked my BP before and after. After it dropped to about 65/40, and I didn't feel dizzy, so I don't know how far it must have dropped when I passed out.
If it becomes a major issue, there are meds they can give you, but I wasn't interested. Just be careful standing up, mostly. Drinking more fluids can help, and they told me to try getting more salt. First time anyone ever told me to have more salt.
But especially, if you feel dizzy, sit right away.

It took a couple of months or so, but it got a lot easier. I still can't drink as fast as before, but I can drink fast enough.

I thought the same thing after a month or so. I wondered if they really did the surgery at all. Then I failed to chew one tiny bite of food quite enough, and thought I was going to die. I was in all kinds of pain and distress for about an hour, and finally a gallon of the grossest perfectly clear, thick, thick, really thick gunk came back up, with just one teeny nugget of food in it. That's what overconfidence gets you.
So enjoy the lack of pain and complications. I didn't have any other problems either. But make sure you do what you need to.

This too shall pass. I am almost nine months out, and when I had my three month checkup I was concerned enough about my lack of appetite that I asked my surgeon and nutritionist. They told me it was because of hormonal changes from the surgery, and if I was lucky it would last six to nine months.
Food is still your best choice, but you must get your protein in every day. If you have to, use another shake, but at this point, treat protein like medicine. Some foods taste different after surgery, so you will have to experiment.
Take advantage of the lack of appetite, and don't fear it. It's a gift, and it will change. But do force yourself to do what you need to do for now.

When i have them, I always have the Quest bars. While processed, they have better ingredients than any of the other bars I have looked at.

I'm almost nine months out, and still have very bad constipation, but not as bad as yours. I've tried everything, and nothing seems to make a difference. There are times I feel like giving myself a c-section. I wish I could help.
