You know you are eating about double what you need to maintain 129.  It is time to cut out the carbs and get back to protein and to counting those calories again.  Plan your food ahead of time, throw out the junk food, start tracking your food and be sure to weigh daily.

What you are doing now is a sure recipe to regaining everything you have lost.  You have not stretched things, but they have healed and are no longer going to help you lose weight unless you do the work.

Many of us have benefited from therapy.  What works for me is getting up every morning, weighing myself and making changes even if I only gained one pound.

This is a lifetime journey.  I start over every morning.  If you are not willing to make that effort for yourself then you will soon regain your weight.

I compare it to a newborn baby stomach.  It will grow to full size in about a year and be between eight and twelve ounces.  You can get plenty of food in there, especially soft food or food that is well chewed up.

It is extremely easy to have regain and to learn to eat around your pouch.  I started with a mini pouch of 15 ml.  I don't know the current size, but know that it is easy for me to overeat.  I have to count calories, measure food and weigh myself daily or I will start to gain weight.

You may be lactose intolerant or your system might not be healed enough for cottage cheese or yogurt.  Back in the dinosaur age of 2007 when I had my surgery, it was liquids only for the first two weeks and then tiny amounts of pureed foods.  It was about six weeks before I tried cottage cheese.  Even though your plan allows something your body might not be ready.

The important thing now is to get your liquids in.  It is hard to believe you got low on vitamins in a little over a week.  Usually the body has enough vitamins stored up and deficiencies don't start for a year or longer.

Good luck with everything and let us know how you are doing.

Buy a bottle of tea tree oil at the health store and add two tablespoons to a bottle of any shampoo.

Like Lora, I eat six of seven small meals a day.  Most meals are under 200 calories and a my big meals are about 300 calories.  I never let myself get hungry and I don't keep junk food in the house.  I always have a glass or bottle of water with me.

If you don't control calories, it will be impossible to maintain your weight loss down the road.  Just because you can eat  more does not mean you should do it.

My iron was good the first six years and then got low.  I am now on Ferrous Gloconate 38mg twice a day.

You really need to get blood work and then work with your doctor to see what you need to adjust.  I get labs done yearly.  Last summer I felt very sluggish and run down and found out I was very dehydrated.  Too much time working out in the yard in the hot sun without drinking enough water.

What Kelly said, add some healthy fats to your diet.

Clean up what is there with dandruff shampoo.  I like Wen with Tea Tree Oil, but that is expensive.  You can use Head and Shoulders or something else from the drugstore.  I find rinsing with vinegar and water helps too.

When I did hair years ago, I used to dissolve two aspirins in a cup of warm water and work that into a very flaky scalp before shampooing.

You are young.  Have your surgery, get healthy and then get pregnant.  You will be in much better shape to go through your pregnancy and care for your child.

Surgery is a wonderful opportunity to overcome the weight.  It is only a tool, but it is a powerful tool.  It is much easier for me to lose weight when I never get hungry and when I can only eat a small amount when I do eat.

My grocery bills did not go down, because I buy higher priced foods now.  I also buy vitamins and supplements to keep healthy.

I really like Opurity.  My surgeon has concerns with ingredients from China and Opurity are guaranteed to have no ingredients from China.

You put your best foot forward on first dates.  Why bring up something that can be taken as negative.  Let him get to know you first.  Most people are ignorant about the surgery.  You will find yourself being defensive and trying to educate them.

Talk about fun, positive things.  Most of my first dates end up being last dates.  I am not going to stress myself out telling them a surgery story.  They might walk out because they are an asshole, but mostly they will just walk out because you are telling them something that they don't understand.

You don't owe anyone an explanation or any part of your medical history.

Sorry, but at less than two weeks out from surgery you should not be munching in front of the TV and you should not be gaining weight.  You should be carefully following your surgeon's plan which at this point might be just liquids.

This is a time to learn new habits.  If you do what you always did, you will not lose weight.  Any surgery can be out eaten.

If you are getting too full from protein shakes, then drink them more slowly.  For the first few weeks, I had one shake a day and it took me about eight hours to fini**** one ounce at a time.

There is no standard size.  A mature pouch could hold six or fourteen ounces.  Ask how big yours is.

By 9 1/2 months your pouch is pretty much full sized.  You can eat a lot more than at the beginning.  If you are concentrating on solid protein and very little carbs you should still get full and not be hungry.  But eating carbs will keep you hungry.

Repairing the stoma has very low success, but yours is probably not stretched.

Every year it gets harder to keep the weight off.  You have to learn to be satisfied on a lot less food and not eat more just because you can.  The secret is always dense protein.  The hunger can also be from acid.  Are you taking medicine like Nexium to control acid?

I have a very dependable scale.  Like Grim said, it is too easy to cheat with a tape measure.

When you body does not have enough water coming in, it holds on to every drop it has.  The way to get rid of water retention is to drink lots of water.

It sounds like a stricture. It is nothing you did wrong, just the way your body is healing.  It is something easy for the surgeon to fix, so please call.
