Educators also schedule 7am meetings. I feel strongly that one should never feel they are "running late" before 5am, but that is how I roll most days!

The blueberry is sugar-free. The butter pecan is sugar-full!

I do, now! Got some cute tops at the girls section in Target last week :)

Morning all!
Last purchase: I bought an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts this morning. They have their new summer ice cream flavors out and I am a real sucker for the Butter Pecan flavor shot. But I resisted and got plain. Today is a catered lunch from work for a coworkers baby shower so they'll be plenty of times to screw up my menu later today...
B: protein coffee and regular coffee
S: Cocoa dusted almonds
L: they haven't told us what lunch is yet, but probably deli sandwiches?
S: Greek yogurt
D: probably skipping in lieu of going to support group (oh the irony)
Exercise: Couldn't sleep so I went for a 4am outdoor run. Felt great :)

When we were walking on the beach yesterday I literally said that I can't imagine living far from the ocean. I think ocean air fuels me... Wishing you the best!

I was in the bathroom with a stapler, paper clips and masking tape. But it's a thick wool skirt and it didn't take. I'm never leaving the house without safety pins again!

You guys!!!! The safety pin holding my skirt onto my body just broke. If I stand up, the skirt falls off. All the way off! So now I have my coworkers going through the supply closet trying to jimmy up a system using office supplies. But I might have to send someone to CVS.
This is hilarious. Is this considered an NSV? Ha!

Oh no, that doesn't sound ok at all! Fingers are crossed that it's an easy fix.

Pineapple Dijon Chicken sounds amazing. Actually everything on this thread sounds amazing today! I think I'm having a hungry day, myself... Uh oh.

Oh your Mental Heath day sounds like it was perfect! So fun and how cool that she got to sing!!! But major bummer about your freezer...... :(
QOTD: Ok I got some good food ideas from the weekend menu thread and decided on warm gooey homemade Mac and Cheese for my last meal. My book (assuming we can't bring a set of encyclopedias) would be Ragtime by EL Doctrow. And the movie is a hard one...I think I'd need a really upbeat comedy to keep me going. Maybe Elf!?
B: Caffeinated coffee (I ordered decaf but this is NOT decaf!). And a cheese stick.
S: Mr Cheese Os
L: chicken salad
S: laughing cow wedge and cranberry thin addictive
D: leftover Lobster roll!!!!!

I live really close to the Lexington-Concord battle site so I can't turn around twice without hitting a tri-corner hat around here! LOL. It's fun, though!

I've used them for the last 7 months. My labs are good except for Ferritin (very low) and D (moderately low). I supplement those, as well as a sublingual B12. So far so good, but I will keep on top of labs to make sure it's all working, because sometimes it seems too easy...

That was for the IRS, not you :) But Mr. Hag helped me figure out how to file for an extension this morning, so all's good!

Good Morning! Today is Patriots Day in Boston so 3 Day weekend for me! I actually woke up to Minute Men marching down my street with drums, fifes and muskets :)
And, bonus--it's 70 degrees today! So Grim and I are spending the day walking the beach along the coast. There will definitely be a lobster roll involved!
QOTD: travel travel travel!
B: protein coffee
S: almonds and cheese stick
L: lobster roll
D: leftover steak

Good Sunday Morning! It's a 3 day weekend for me, which makes today especially wonderful. I also had a pretty much perfect day, yesterday. Yay for perfect weekends!
A little over a year ago my parents had a massive house fire that destroyed their antique 1880's Victorian home. It's been a pretty devastating year. They are about to break ground on the rebuild, which is exciting!! And Grim was kind enough to offer his big ol' truck (and big ol' muscles) to help pick up some of the building supplies. There is a good chance this means he'll meet my family today, too!
QOTD: If you were on death row and had to choose your last meal, what would it be (assuming no RNY restrictions). I have no idea what I'd choose for the last meal portion, but there would definitely be a warm brownie for dessert!
Meal plan is up in the air. Starting with protein coffee, and taking it from there... I promise to make good choices--no brownies allowed, since I plan to live another day!
