I get mine at wal mart and they don't have to be refridgerated so they are great to have for "emergencies" and they only have like a hundred calories.

Well, I got my new Bento lunch boxes in the mail last night and it has made me be a little more creative, a little more munchie but during this TOM I am happy to have good munchies.

S: 1/2 sliced apple w/1tbsp almond butter
L: 1/2 c. cottage cheese
S: multi grain tortilla chips w/hummus
S: soy crisps
D: pulled pork and green beans
So there, have some snacks! I am looking forward to it though. Lately all I do is eat all morning and by 1 or 2 I have eaten most of my food and my hunger has gone. That lasts till supper and I'm good to go!

My program said that too, but now that my NUT sees what I eat she has no issues with it. Good luck, it's tough to balance not eating with eating!

My DH just said last night he wants to buy it in a few weeks so he and I can work it together this winter. We have a workout room, treadmill, weights, Wii fit, etc. I guess he thinks we need something else... LOL

Yep, it stays up all the time. DH lowers it when he is supposed to and puts it back up after. We don't bring it in though, it stays up 365.

Mix it with Click and have a "clickatini" it's on their website. It's quite yummy! But seriously, more nuts? they are pretty high calorie, but high fat too... gee don't know.
As far as mixer for vodka, try diet cranberry from ocean spray only five calories though...
Seems I only have suggestions for the alcohol portion of this segment. Good luck! Hope you figure it out soon.

Many of us had to lose close to a hundred pounds before we went down a size or two, Depends on where you started. There isn't much difference between a size 24 and a size 28 in my closet anyway!

Maybe they should ALL move out!?!? Seriously, they need to support you on this. They can keep their junk away from your sight and eat it when you are not around. NO, they are not on a diet but neigther are you and junk food doesn't belong in anyone's mouths! Shame on them for not being supportive of your efforts. Stand up for yourself and make them hide that crap. They don't need to do it in front of you, that's just mean.

Well yesterday's snack fest didn't work out so well for me. I got such bad gas pains I had to go home from work an hour early, and guess what? I"m home today too. Went to work at 6 am to get some things done and then came back home. Just not feeling great.

I eat 1000-1200 calories a day. This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I am sure if you have lost 50 pounds in a month and a half you aren't eating too much. That's like a pound a day!!

Yep, I get that thinking. But I had reasearched this for more than seven years and have read everything about weight loss/maintenance. Just couldn't practice it! I do believe a lot of people think they have to live on five or six hundred calories a day like you say. That either scares them to death, or sometimes I think they do it until they can't take it anymore and go back to old eating habits. I sure hope this tool keeps me thinking all the time. I never want to feel that way again.

I have had the mind set from the beginning that this was a lifestyle change. To that end as soon as I could comforatably eat a thousand calories or more per day I have been. Rarely do I ever go below a thousand calories and some days I eat as much as sixteen hundred, yes SIXTEEN HUNDRED! Imagine it!?!
Guess what, I have lost almost 100 pounds in four and a half months. A normal weighted person that eats 1800-2000 calories of good, healthy food every day will not be overweight as long as they get some exercise. If you get a lot of exercise, you should eat more.
I don't want to starve and I don't want to be on a diet, they don't work. So for me, this is a lifestyle change and I eat, plenty. But I eat VERY differently than I used to and I truly believe that good calories are used by your body much easier than bad calories. A low carb pita with peanut butter is going to do your body a whole lot more good than a cheeseburger, even without the bun. And the protein is almost the same.

I think with all that cheese you better take some stool softners!!! LOL Please let me know if you like the powder, I too like the RTD and I don't want to keep ordering unjury, it's too expensive.
