Support Suggestion
I have a suggestion or challenge.
It seems like everyone is suffering from "Winter Time Blues". So why not take the bull by the horns as Trina would say and motivate each other. Lets get off our butts and do some form of exercise and post it each day werther we did or not.
Simply say I walked or IDGOMB (I didn't get off my butt). Write what you want but lets push, encourage, motivate each other I know it would help me.
If we exercise we are going to feel better and less likely to fall back into those bad habits.
I would really like to see the soo many people *****ad but don't write to just try and be a part of this. You don't have to be fancy just let us know what you did. Then each day someone, anyone can start a new post whoever gets going first.
Well any takers??? I'll start by going to walk around this parking lot a few times.
