Support Suggestion

I have a suggestion or challenge.  It seems like everyone is suffering from "Winter Time Blues". So why not take the bull by the horns as Trina would say and motivate each other. Lets get off our butts and do some form of exercise and post it each day werther we did or not.  Simply say I walked or IDGOMB (I didn't get off my butt). Write what you want but lets push, encourage, motivate each other I know it would help me.  If we exercise we are going to feel better and less likely to fall back into those bad habits.  I would really like to see the soo many people *****ad but don't write to just try and be a part of this. You don't have to be fancy just let us know what you did. Then each day someone, anyone can start a new post whoever gets going first. Well any takers??? I'll start by going to walk around this parking lot a few times.  How About????? Talk about and let me know. Bob

Sounds like a good idea there, Bob!  However, to be honest - IDGOMB today - yet.  If my meeting after work doesn't run too long this evening, I'm gonna try to hit the treadmill for at least 15-20 minutes.

I think it is a great idea!  I will be doing my afternoon walk soon and will post later.  Great thread!

This is a wonderful idea. I worked it hard today. I am due for plastic on my tummy in a month. I want to be where I need to be. I stopped by the local park/playground at 7:00 this morning. There are lots of steps to climb on and bars to hang on and such and no kids are usually out at that time of the morning. So , I put on my 5 lbs leg weights and my 8 lb arm weights and worked it hard. I had come across a "the Firm " video that is better teaching me how to use those weights. I walked an hour and ten minutes and did my arm weights for thirty of those. I was PUMPED! Beth B. in Chattanooga-----kick it up a notch and be so proud.

Does climbing that big orange ladder at Home Depot count?  If it does, put me down for 4 hours!  My legs can really feel it!
