Dr. Bufford or Dr. Kilyon in Houston

Does anyone have any experience or info on these two doctors or Premier Plastic Surgery? They are able to get insurance approval for tummy tucks and breast reduction through insurance.

Please check if they are board certified. I've never heard of Dr. Kilyon.
