Reminder of the Pasadena support group Monday Aug 10th at 7pm.  We will meet at the Panera bread on Fairmont Pkwy and Belt 8 in Pasadena.

Good Idea for people:  Panera Bread had decaff coffee, and someone gave me the idea of bringing a serving of protien powder with me to mix in the decaff coffee.  I did it last month.

Count me in!
