Corn Relish

I canned some corn relish up yesterday. Michelle found the recipe and loves corn relish so I gave it a try. The recipe called for 3 cups sugar. I made it 1/2 and 1/2 with splenda and sugar. That crap turned out WONDERFUL! Was real good on our grilled chicken salads last night.
