Todays' Wow

My dear DH reminded me that today was measurement day. We're finally getting the freckles and scars figured out so we measure at the same place every time! When it was all said and done, I lost everywhere except my forearm for a loss of 7 1/2" last month! So far I've lost 22 1/2" since Feb.  

That's wonderful! Way to go Dee!

Congrats Hunny!  Every month will just blow you away!!!  It's an incredible and humbling ride.

mesuring is so the way to go -keep up wth that notebook you wrote them in, it is something to keep to look back at :)
