losing my marbles

define pumpkin swirl - that stuff I made attempting to make the pumpkin cheesecake the second time the other day?

started with
2 blocks cream cheese
cup of pumpkin
large splash of sf vanilla syrup

creamed well - then added pumpkin pie spice
got it to thin
added dry instant pudding (vanilla sf)

then to mild
add more spice

then to thick
add more milk

then to bland
add more spice

than to spicy
add more pumpkin
and QUIT adding and just EAT the crap- taste good - not real cheesecakey however

ok that is the pumpkin swirl thing I made the other day - want something else? :)
