Bummer - will have to pass! New Year's Eve is my youngest daughter's birthday!!! My parents will be heading down here, too, as they are going to be my "fill in" while I'm recooping from my second round of plastics on Jan. 4th. Mom wants to be down here a few days before my surgery, so since no one ever can get here for her birthday, they may try to drive down where they get here on the 31st....which also happens to be their anniversary! My dad's birthday is the next day, January 1st! SHEWWW... So, they can't make any definitive plans on when they can get here until the date gets closer because it all depends upon what the weather is doing since they are driving! Once they get here, they will probably be here close to three to four weeks.

Hope you all can get something organized! Everyone seems to have a great time when they get together!

We've already got plans. DH had one last vacation day to use up so he took the 31st. We're gonna take a road trip for that long weekend.

IF you guys are interested Alter Ego - the 80's band I do sound for - is playing on New Years at Wild Wing Cafe in Katy. This is good because as it is a restuarant, kids can come............
