Great day, JOHN-and remember-not ALL carbs are "evil". The days I have apples, beans, etc my carbs "counts" are WAY up...it's just those popcorn carbs I have to watch out for...

For a guy that looks pretty good - seem like you guys handle/burn carbs better than us  women.

Good on the protein.  If you are having trouble staying full, try some higher fiber foods.
