Since I'm off today, and the babies are at school, I actually had time to cook breakfast. I saw this on a website and decided to try it.

1 frozen pillsbury biscuit
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup meat (bacon, ham, sausage, whatever - I used Real Bacon bits)
about 2 tbsp. shredded cheese
salt and pepper

Thaw biscuit. I zapped it for about 20 seconds because I was hungry and didn't want to wait.

Spray a small oven-proof dish with Pam. I used a ramekin.

Tear biscuit in pieces and place in the ramekin.

Beat together egg and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over biscuit pieces, making sure all pieces are covered.

Place ramekin on a cookie sheet or pie pan because this may overflow. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

OMG yummy.

I'm with you Lynne, this sounds yummy. Can't wait to try it. Dumb question...this is a cooked biscuit, right?

Not exactly. They are kind of half cooked. You find them in the frozen section with the other bread.
