When: Saturday, February 27th, 2010 at 7:00pm.
Who: YOU!! Anyone is invited- post-op, pre-op, no op, kids, old timers and anyone in between!
What do I wear?: Attire is anything from jeans and t's, dressy casual to dresses. The colors for this soiree will be Mardi Gras colors, but no "earning" beads as children will be present! lol
I have rented the banquet room at Los Vaqueros, so we will have our own private party. After some discussion about our specific needs (recently post op, older post op, meat sensitivities, etc etc) it will be an open menu. Because of this it may take the kitchen a few extra minutes to get our food to us. They are a whole foods, fresh, organic restaurant and they don't coo****il the food is ordered.
Details soon about any after party activities. I'm still researching the venues around the Stockyards. OK folks- any ideas are greatly appreciated... Here's the possibilities so far-
~Billy Bob's- Mark Chesnutt at 10:30
~dancing at Rodeo Exchange (or any other close venue) (Stephanie- P.R.'s play ROCK music fyi...lol)
~coffee at Starbucks at Western Center and 35
~ ??? any other thoughts?
