Hi Hun ,how r ya ? I'm hanging in there .have real bad Sinus infection right now ,I have had it 3 weeks ,.lol. wish these airplanes would get out of my head .lol.. now THIS MORNING I have all these knots all over me and they hurt .,need to go to the EMT .when my daughter get home from work I told my Dr I would be there ..you take care Hun .good health to ya doll .hugs red

I am starting back to the gym, and I am aware of my weight gain, so I am watching what I eat.... WOW!!!!! I never thought I would say that again after all my malnutrition. I am glad that I have the will power to stop the steady gain, and start maintaining.
