Meaningful March Friday
I hate water weight!  Up one day, down the next.   I know, get off the scale.  I'd rather watch it than let it go though.
too much Tony Cachere's and Potter House Seasoning yesterday.  My eating was fine, a little carb heavy but not bad at all.
  
I rode my bike for 30 minutes this morning.
Plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
chopped beef bbq and beans for lunch
leftover chicken n rice for dinner
Atkins shake

Good Morning Karla & TMB,
I have been doing really well lately.  I have been saving up all week to go to Dave & Busters on Katy Freeway tomorrow in Houston.  I hope that I can return to good habits come Sunday/Monday.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Good morning! I'll be all "off schedule" today, but going to TRY not to let that be my EXCUSE for ditching a perfectly good food plan!!!

L: Chicken/carrots/green beans-already in the fridge waiting
S: Light yogurt-yep-it's in the fridge
D: If I can leave Chris with his dad I'm going to fave Italian place for neice's bday-the owner makes me a GREAT chicken/veggie thing-like pasta privera with no sauce and very little "privera"..if not...probably more chicken from the fride (I have 3 containers pre-made up)
