Okay all you losing, maintaining or just struggling folks out there...step up and be accountable.

Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chicken salad w/ rice crackers for lunch
lobster/crab ravioli for dinner w/ veggies or salad

My plan will be simple today......just to improve on where I've been.

32 oz of water minimum
all vitamins

Yogurt
Chef salad


Not sure what dinner will be or snacks.  I'm just going to work slowly to make better choices.

Good morning! It's 10am and I already have all water in! Of course, I worked last night...lol..will have to start all over whem I get back up this afternoon....

B: Click-had at 2am today

S: Just now-Pb & J on sandwich thins, toasted

L: Chicken breast/veggies/fruit salad

D: Depends on whether or not I work tonight-shake if I stay home-solid to take with me if I work 12 hr shift

Vitamins in baggie-some already taken
