I took in 705 calories yesterday. Go me and drank 64 oz of liquids!!
Coffee
B. Strawberry yogurt parfait
S: Cottage Cheese w/peaches
L: Salad w/Chicken or Lettuce wrap with roast beef or PB & J on a toasted bun
D: Veggie Burger and maybe some broccoli or green beans
Liquids: Coffee, Tea, & Water
Taking car to get washed and cleaning house because I'm having a post grad BBQ for Raylene on Saturday.

Thanks Nina...I didn't get up until 7 so this definitely helped!
You're doing so great on your eating...maybe some of it will transfer to me.
My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins or click shake
sliced roast beef and baked sweet potato fries for lunch
Beef oriental stir fry for dinner
Exercise: mowing and weeding and working in the yard for several hours.

MY NUT would kill me - she wants me to see at LEAST 1000-1200 calories.
I'm aiming for 1000 or less myself - starting last week..
I was happy with my choice last night - was really hungry last night - got home after 1030 and choose a l/f yogart instead of 1 pc of bread with 2 slices of bologna (craving bologna lately) usually share it with my puppy too !! lol........... its funny - he tries to take it from me and I don't let him - how selfish of me !! lol I'm doing much better now for about 1 week from yesterday and I feel good about that.......now if I would incorporate the excercise plan in my head............with my body actions (just do it )....

L - Luncheon here at work - Italian theme - will try to avoid most noodles if possible.............maybe salads - not sure what everyone signed up for - cuz I brought the plastic wear........I WILL MAKE GOOD /DECENT CHOICES....Well that didn't happen .I ate too much pasta type stuff - small bites but much more than I'm use to within the past week and I really feel like I overate....but not overly full.........just blah.....heavy.........food I guess....
yechy...guess that is a sign that the tool still works !! hehehehe

Haven't been here in while, but I need to get back on EVERYDAY. Helps me be accountable. Plus, I need to drop 6 lbs, and posting everyday really helps.
