Another challenging weekend here to greet us!  Make a plan and stick to it...

My plan for today:

lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake or click
Roast beef and sweet potato fries
Some kind of Italian chicken dish and veggies

Morning!!!  The scale is being so nice to me... woke up this morning and I'm at my lowest.  Not sure how this is happening but I will take it!!!!


B:  Believe RTD
S: yogurt/granola
L:2 multigrain crackers and chicken salad
D: fish
S: WW ice cream

Belatrix's friends went home but she is trying to lurk around but am going to work. Scale has dropped to 131 so I am overloading to lunch box today to get in extra calories!!:

Protein water
cereal
protein drink
protein bar
carrots w/ranch
magic pop w/pb
potato chips
1/2 ham sammich
yogurt
sf hershey's w/caramel

Ken is taking care of dinner

for those that are new please realise I am 3 years out and also missing 2 feet of bowel so I have to eat a lot more because of how little I absorb. I am also on 2 meds that give me dairhea so I absorb even less so I really have to find ways to get extra calories because I still have a small pouch. This is not normal eating for a RNY patient!

Good morning! I'm home today-hope not to leave untl scheduled overnight work tonight-have lots of good leftovers in the fridge that need to be eaten, so will try to pan accordingly-will eat small dinner before night shft and take "ED" AKA "Extra Dinner" with me in my work bag for 2-3 am feeding..along with some premeasured ziplock bags of Click, of course!

L: Swedish meatballs and green beans

S: Apples/Pb/Yogurt/Celery/Beef sticks (not all at the same time-we're talking 24 hrs here)

D: Brisket/Veggies

ED: Brisket and Swedish meatballs
