Morning everyone! How is everyone? What's new with you all? I am sorry I've not been online much-this week has been busy but GREAT because I've gotten to spend alot of time with my parents. Today we are heading to Dallas to go to a large church my parents want to attend. Then, back to my sisters for some family time and a father's day celebration a week early since my parents leave tomorrow. They are heading to San Antonio for a week. My sister and girls are going down there with them but we aren't. I am leaving for Denver a week from today for work and I've got a full schedule this week. Then the week after I'm going to Corpus for work. I'm a traveling fool. lol.

Up and at em after a full night of non restless sleep. Belatrix the migraine has left the building and I am barricaiding the building!! Doing some orgainising this morning. This after noon Ken is retreiving bed from the Kids house while I visit with friend I haven't seen in 25 years!!He is a photographer who does books of men in provocative poses!! WOW!! They are amazing photographs and this is so different from who he use to be and I can't wait to see him. We were big running buds together!!

Good morning. I have a full day ahead of me. What I'm doing wasn't exactly in my plans for the weekend, but cropped up. We're going to SS and church as usual, then heading to The Woodlands to eat lunch and pick up 4 dining chairs I found online. The couple won't be home until 2 or so for us to get them.

Good Morning everyone !!
I'm gonna work for about 5 hours today - give or take and then off to see Shrek somewhere....Haven't decided where....
Then Im gonna come home and do 1 more load of laundry and chill out here at home - maybe go to the pool for R&R !! Now where is that pina colada !! lol
( I went to the local liquor store and didn't have success in finding the mix nor the rum... I saw the Pina Colada wine coolers but not sure I would like those - so I didn't go there....) Went to Starbucks for tea........................what an exchange.............
My trip to Panchos.................wasn't good.............I WON'T BE BACK.....YECH !! But I had to try it....
I can't believe I ate the food in the past that I did !! lol
The tool STILL WORKS !!
I ran into a friend yesterday at the Valley Ranch Walmart that had lapband a little over a year ago - she has lost 75+ lbs and looks FANTABULOUS and is really working that tool....
You go girl and you know who you are if you see this !!

PHYLLIS-Just a friendly word of caution: premixed drinks like Pina Coldadas have LOTS of sugar in them, and the alcohol will really intensify if you are out in the sun very long. Pancho;s probably not a good chioice-better of at "sit down 'Mexicsn place where you can get grilled fajitas, etc-cooked like YOU want them. Buffets are the DEVIL!

WOO HOO !!!!! Super sunday it is. I stepped on the scale today and I have lost 10 lbs. in 13 days !!! I am on a roll and hope to stay on one till all my excess weight from my gain is off. I am thrilled to say the least. I just got home from church and eating and now I am thinking about going to the mall and walking and no LIz....I have not joined the gym yet but seriously I think this week will be the one. I am stoked about the 10 lb. loss and I know that working my rear off at the gym will help it to come off more. Have a blessed day !!!! Love you guys !!!

Thanks Liz....just feeling guilty I guess since i haven't activated my gym membership yet. LOL gotta do that now that I am back on track with making good decisions with food and not letting stress get to me.
