Wow...is it hard to stay on track when you're home all day and your child makes a big ole plate of cookies...not good!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
McDonald's sf iced vanilla coffee
? for lunch...will be eating out
Leftovers for dinner...protein something.
Okay...not my best plan but don't know what the day will bring.

Snack: Straweberries w/ yogurt
Lunch Veggie Burger or PB & J, or shrimp/ chicken with salad (ugh decisions!)

Took in about 860 calories yesterday. Here is my menu. I may have over did the calories on the peach crisp, but I made it with I can't believe it's butter and Splenda brown sugar and lite peaches. I did really good I think. Unfortunately my daughter had to leave yesterday instead of today. Her car stalled on her before coming here so it's in the shop. Plus had she left today, traffic would have sucked because of the Rot Rally.
