Wow...is it hard to stay on track when you're home all day and your child makes a big ole plate of cookies...not good!

Paige...congrats on being at your lowest weight...that's is great!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
McDonald's sf iced vanilla coffee
? for lunch...will be eating out
Leftovers for dinner...protein something.

Okay...not my best plan but don't know what the day will bring.

Good morning!  Sitting here trying to figure out what my plan will be for the day....
B:  Believe RTD
L: 2 multigrain crackers with seafood salad
D:  Baked cod/ 1/2 swt. pot.
Snacks: SF pudding, WW ice cream

and LOTS of liquids!!!!!

My menu for today will be

Coffee
Oatmeal w/ half a banana
Snack: Straweberries w/ yogurt
Lunch Veggie Burger or PB & J, or shrimp/ chicken with salad (ugh decisions!)
Dinner see above
Liquids, water and tea

Took in about 860 calories yesterday.  Here is my menu.  I may have over did the calories on the peach crisp, but I made it with I can't believe it's butter and Splenda brown sugar and lite peaches. I did really good I think.  Unfortunately my daughter had to leave yesterday instead of today.  Her car stalled on her before coming here so it's in the shop. Plus had she left today, traffic would have sucked because of the Rot Rally.
