As you can read from my post on the train I'm having issues with the amount of food I am able to eat if I want to at only 6 months out. I am a tad concerned that I'm needing to govern my eating far more then the pouch is at this short a period out. I'm sticking to small meals, and weight loss is still there, however I'm afraid of going weak at sometime in the future.

Good Morning!!
Weekend calorie intake was good!! Today is the last day of the 5th mod at school, so that means potluck lunch today! I made cactus frittatas. I will use my good judgement on what I should eat. I will report later today what I consumed.

Liquids.......try to get in some "water" today and by that - I mean PLAIN water...no tea or green tea...
B: Left over scrambled eggs w/bacon crumbs, cheese & pico from breakfast yesterday am...
L: Left over Mac & Cheese w/spinach and 1 hot dog (dinner leftovers)
Sn: Orange Creme lite Yogart...
Dinner: Cottage Chese w/ cin & splenda............leftover mac & cheese ? Maybe ?
snack if needed: yogart or protein shake....

Hi Ladies,
Still struggling with planning my meals, but I am trying to be smart about my food during the day. I know....I know....nothing works better than planning. I think I'm going through a "lazy" faze.
Anyhow, need to focus on my eating because I have I have a wedding on July 17th and I want to be back at goal for that.
Do you guys plan the night before or each morning?

I used to plan every morning, faithfully, but lately I've been struggling with the meal planning.
I'll just have to get back to my routine of AM planning, I guess.
