Good Morning!

On my first cup of coffee, no school today, made a 100 on my test yesterday! Going to work on homework, research a subject for respiratory diseases for my essay.  Any ideas from you are most welcomed!!!

Have I told you all lately that you all ROCK?!!
Have a great day!!

Blessings,

Nina

Maybe a research paper on why it used to be called emphysema and now it's called COPD... I'm assuming that the 'name' change was so that more things could fall under the COPD umbrella, instead of just strictly emphysema...  Same thing applies to Asthma... but I forget what the new terminology for it is...

Another great mission statement and one that is so true.

You might look at Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. I lost a 5 month old son to this a few years back. he was a preemie that battled two rounds of pneumonia and his lungs did not have time to heal. I am sure everyone else will choose Asthma or lung cancer for their subject. I think the real challenge some of the less common respiratory diseases like mesothelioma. Glad to hear you did great on you test. I will not find out my grade in my last class until later in the week. Now, that I have some free time going to focus on increasing my physical activity by getting back into Tae Kwon Do and walk/jog more. I did some walking over the weekend during the peak heat of the day to test my abilities some plus exercised my greyhounds.

You know there is a 5k walk on Saturday in Georgetown?

I am sorry about the loss of your son. I lost my middle son last year.

I saw your post but I am no where near ready for a 5k. However, I may try to enter one later in the year after some training.

Thank you, losing a child is tough no matter the age on a parent. I learned several valuable lessons from my son and I apply those lesson in my life now and I have my memories.

I got my final grade which was a A so I figure my final GPA will be about 3.78 that I will graduate with.
