Here we are mid-week.  How are you doing with your carb intake/protein intake?  Are you getting in at least 64 oz. of non-caffeinated liquids per day?

My plan for today:
lots of liquids ata least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
frozen dinner for lunch
breakfast: protein and a biscuit, fruit...having a meal at work
dinner: Mexican something with beef...Ben's cooking

I get in at least 100 oz. per day; usually 120 or so.  I have a schedule and stick to it or I'd never get it all in.
I could eat less carbs right now, but it's not too bad...do well on my protein with supplementing 2 protein drinks per day

What's your plan for today?

Getting in protein and fluids. todays feeding frenzy will include:

yogurt w/grape nuts
protein drinks
protein bar
bean & cheese nacos
fruit
celery& pb
protein bagel
sheperds pie
sf ice cream sammich

B:  Believe RTD
S: yogurt
L: guesadilla in a bowl
S: RS 100 cal bar
D: fish
S: WW ice cream bar

S:Cottage Cheese w/fruit
L: PB&J Sandwich
D: Veggie Pattie (no bun this time)

Will have my liquids in before I go to bed!!

The scale was good to me this morning despite yesterdays 1pm set back.  I plan to keep it simple today and stick to basics.

Lots of liquids
Healthy and Sensible food choices/portions
Vitamins
Exercise

I'm back up 2 lbs-guess it's those darn brownies from Costco.  Back to being good today.

Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: cheese/crackers
Dinner: London Broil/salad

NEED TO GO TAKE MY VITAMINS...I've been bad this past week!!

B: 1oz Velvetta...shhh let's just all pretend this didn't really happen
S: Hard boiled egg
L: Lunch meat and real cheese(not velvetta that tastes oh so good but real salty)
D: Pork chop and 1/4 baked potato with butter buds
S: Oatmeal with Protein Powder or just Protein shake

The dreaded velvetta should NEVER be in the house. I have a sniffer for it. We had it in Chicken spaghetti a couple of nights ago and I couldn't eat it then because I was on liquids only since I'm dealing with the thought that I'm able to eat too much at this point in time after my surgery. Anyhoo...I was hoping it would be out of the house before this morning. Alas it wasn't and I had a little...buttttt lookie there I fessed up to it.

oohhhhh melted velveeta with browned jimmie dean breakfast sausage and rotel tomatoes and a big ol bag of tortilla chips...aka a big ol bowl of obessity and clogged arteries to go!!! Yummers!!! Yes Chris velveeta is of the Devil!!!

Checking in "after the fact" today-had taken my usual lil ice chest with beef sticks/yogurt/peaches/PB, but didn't eat any of it,,wound up going to buffet at "Soup N Salad" with another lunch for lunch-my first lunch out since started to work! There weren't alot of protein choices-I mostly had cottage cheese and spinach leaves...lo...but they were GOOD!! Had my coffee and Click for breakfast. am sitting here with killer headache now and NO appetite, so will take some meds and sip some Click so get my protein in-you do what you gottA do!
