My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed now
Click shake later
Sandwich on thin round for lunch...turkey/cheese
Haven't picked out food for supper...will do that in a bit (protein!)

special K w/ 2% milk (out of yogurt)
bacon
protein drink
sammich
skinny pretzels
fruit
celery w/pb
tail mix bar
nachos for dinner
turnover

lots of fluids!

Drank my coffee!!!

B: 1 egg 1 sausage
Snack: Yogurt or Cottage Cheese w/fruit
L: Chicken Salad
D: have no idea at this point but it will probably be a veggie burger or a bit of roast I made

Lots of liquids for sure!!

I’m sooooo glad it’s finally Friday. I’m tired, which is not good.    Today’s Plan: - Healthy food choices (trying not to “over think" food) - Lots of Water - Vitamins - Exercise - Sleep
