Wow...this week is still flying by for me.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
Atkins or Click shake
chicken salad for lunch
BBQ shrimp for dinner, squash and spinach salad

Good Morning Karla!!!

Mmmm I haven't given thought to my plan today LOL Okay, I have now!!!  FYI, I've lost 6 lbs in approximately 2 wks with this 1200 or less menu (see Gina, MENU!! not Diet!)

Coffee is down!!

B: oatmeal/raisins/walnuts
S:special k bar or cottage cheese w/peaches
L chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
S:special k bar or cottage cheese w/peaches
D: tomato basil veggie pattie with some broccoli

raspberry lemonade.. oh yeah!!!

Good morning!  Feel like I've eaten nothing but crap for the last 2 days so I need to get a plan in place for the day!!!  Went to get some groceries yesterday so no excuses!!!
