Jenny R,

I feel like you know exactly what I'm going through! I too feel totally apathetic and I really could care less about anything! I mean, how can I care about my weight or health, when my best friend and Soul Mate is dead???
I believe I'm coming out of my depression now and I'm ready to at least try and get back on track. I know that my beloved would want me to try, he was soooooo proud of me  and my biggest cheerleader. So, if for no other reason than to honer his memory, I MUST TRY!
Easier said than done, I'm afraid.
You know, I never even craved sweets before my friend died, and now that seems to be all that is on my mind!   Carbs have ALWAYS been my Achilles Heel. And I have stopped having the Dumping Syndrome for some reason?!
It really is just mind over matter, willpower and the desired to change. And with the wonderful advice and encouragement of every on OH, I feel that I can at least make a start.

Thank you so much writing to me, you really do seem to understand and your advice has help.

Lisa
