Good Morning TMB!!

My plan for today is of course... LOTS OF LIQUIDS and Vitamins!

Coffee is processing
B: Oatmeal with raisins and walnuts
*Cottage Cheese w/pineapple
*PB&J Sandwich
* Special K Bar
D: Lettuce and Ham

* Not sure if it will be lunch or a snack

plan fo today:

yogurt w/grapenuts
pb & sfjelly sammich
pretzels
pb cheese crackers
nuts
sf choc chips
chicken, veg, tators for dinner

lots of fluid!

Well here is my tentative plan may change but this is what I am prepared for

Sugar Free iced vanilla homemade coffee drink 20 ounces
Nectar Cappcino protein shake with a expresso shot added 8 oounces
High protein sugar free maple brown sugar flavored oatmeal
snack half a cup of vanilla yogurt with half a cup of blackberries
Chicken enchilada with rice and low fat string cheese
snack sugar free protein enriched granola
BBQ pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes, and a veggie

Sugar free strawberry lemonade to drink
