ride my bike, before WLS i couldnt make a block on it...now i wanna ride everywhere...

breath, the air isnt as thick when you lose wt.

just get around in general....I want to go do stuff now...im not nearly as lazy...

squat down and stand back up without help or support

fit in an airline seat with room to spare

RUN back into the souvenir shop you bought a cool Aussie canvas hat to wear on your boat trip to an island when you discovered you had left the bag with your video camera AND digital camera sitting on the counter!  (it was still there - *whew*)

grab anything in my closet to wear because eveything fits

stand in front of a camera and SMILE and really be happy about having my picture taken
