Great Doc Report!!
Had follow up with surgeon yesterday and sunce I just had full bloodwork done we made it my 3 yr surgiversary report too!! My s3yr surgiversary is the last day of the month!
Doc called me a Superstar. I have lost 100% of my projected weight loss, have been at goal 1.5 yrs and mt blood work was super. Only changes were to up vit D (was low by .10) and add folic acid (low by .2)! I have stayed out of the hospital for my abdomen for six months (a record for me!)!! I am a 100% er!! I told him he needed to start a club for 100%er, those of us who lose and keep off all their weight at least a year and he likes the idea!! You get a century club pin which is a tape measure ribbon when you lose 100 lbs so ...
That is my good news for today!!

Whohoo Meggie...you've done a great job you tiny, skinny gal! So glad you got a good report. I take 3 Vitamin D3 everyday. My doc said it helps ward off flu and other illnesses. I don't take extra folic acid. guess mine is okay. I just had labs drawn and it was all okay...protein was a hair on the low side, but that is to be expected.
