WooHoo Wednesday!
My WOO HOO for today was my niece was banded this AM. I sat in a waiting room full of people about to get lap band surgery. I got to share some of my journey and share the OH website with them. Also got to tell them to try to attend support groups which is important in our WL journeys.

I'm still having pretty regular WooHoo's, thank goodness! They sure do help you stay on track. A very unexpected one from yesterday....when washing dishes my hands now fit into smaller glasses and cups. Strange one, I know! I still can't used to looking at these skinny arms and hands, they just aren't mine....ya know?
