chef salad w/ low calorie dressing for lunch
? for dinner...going out to eat in Lufkin w/ friends
Exercise: ride my bicycle and do free weights today at home...Hurricane Alex might rain on my walk by the darkness outside!

Guess I'll "justify" at the END of the day, since I missed out this morning. My pouch/guts still a lil ouchy-picked up a bug that was going around...getting my fluids in though and feeling better now

Exercise: Just the trainer and I at boot camp this morning-love the "one on one" attention, but my calves and thighs are ON FIRE tonight!!
