Welcome to "Justify Your July"...be accountable (or at least semi-accountable) for making a plan and trying your best to stick with it this hot, sunny month.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake or Click drink
chef salad w/ low calorie dressing for lunch
? for dinner...going out to eat in Lufkin w/ friends

Exercise: ride my bicycle and do free weights today at home...Hurricane Alex might rain on my walk by the darkness outside!

Crap I didn't even realize it was July until I saw the post!!!  So far so good on vacation... weight is stable so it's all good!!!

Plan:

L: Trader Joe's amazing chicken salad and 2 crackers
D: Mexican???
Snacks: greek yogurt, SF fudgescicle

My plan for today:

B: protein coffee and cottage cheese w/calcium powder
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: leftover grilled chicken, stuffed with ham & cheese, few bites fettuccine alfredo
S: protein coffee, peanut butter & whole wheat crackers
D:  steak & salad

I will be out in the plant a lot today so got my exercise covered.

Weight this morning 146.6 so holding good.

I've hit a snag lately and feel like I need to change...something! The scale has been shoing small increases, nothing too alarming but enough that I can't account for it. So to start I've increased my calories to 1000 a day, which also raised my carbs, fats and protein. Maybe that will keep me satisfied. Now my next chore is to shake up my menus, I think my system could just be tired of the same old things all the time. So this weekend is a major grocery shopping trip to restock.

All my SF syrups are DaVinci brand from Netrition. Some I use every day, like Amaretto, Coconut, Cinnamon. And others just for that special flavor like Pumpkin Pie Spice, Maple Pancake, and German Chocolate. I've tried the Torani one you can get at Walmart and Krogers but they are way too sweet with less flavoring...at least to me.

Guess I'll "justify" at the END of the day, since I missed out this morning. My pouch/guts still a lil ouchy-picked up a bug that was going around...getting my fluids in though and feeling better now

D: went to Mimi's Cafe with co-workers-ate chicken/cheese/strawberries out of my salad..stupidly thought I could eat top off a muffin...ummmm...not...good while it lasted

S: Having more yogurt later, when my guts calm down

Exercise: Just the trainer and I at boot camp this morning-love the "one on one" attention, but my calves and thighs are ON FIRE tonight!!
