Justify Your July Saturday
Here on a long holiday weekend...make sure you justify what you eat even then...we do need to take a break from our routine from time to time and shake it up a little.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed

chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch
haven't thawed anything out yet for dinner...will pull out more protein from the freezer!
Yesterday I walked/jogged 3 miles at the park. Today I'm cleaning house and will ride my bike and do sit ups and free weights.

B....cottage cheese w/ orange and vanilla SF syrup...Dreamcicle!
L....picnic lunch....roast beeg and/or ham rollups, cheese stick, veggie chips
D....grilled chicken fajitas, maybe some grilled shrimp
Beast is going gun shop hopping today so I plan to walk the parking lots and get in lots of water. I got my Go Wear Fit yesterday, it's been fun so far to watch it count stuff!
