Here we are mid-week...make a plan!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch w/ lite dressing
chicken cordon bleu for dinner

For the first time in 2 weeks I am not starving this morning!! So the only thing I am planning is

lunch--bean and chees burrito
dinner--chili

whatever lese will be what i feel like like during the day cause I know I need more than that, I am just not feeling it today!!

We ate out with our dive group at a local rib place last night, got way more fat than usual but those ribs were worth it! So today is a little milder than usual.

chai tea and cottage cheese
grilled chicken and shrimp on a tossed salad
spaghetti squash and chicken
water
snacks if needed
