Monday Morning Weigh In
Morning all!!! I am up and on the computer early (for me, here lately) and ready to get this week rockin and a-rollin. How is everyone doing this week? I still haven't gotten the eating thing under control-I am hoping for some divine inspiration next weekend when I get to visit with a bunch of my peeps! Either that, or for someone to knock some sense into my goofy self!!
The amount of crap that my sister keeps in her house is unbelievable, from cookies, to candy and chips and ice cream...OMG!!! All the things that I don't keep in my own home, but Sis does!! This place is killing me every morning when I jump on the HAG!!! Something has to give, I'm not seeing any wonderful changes in the immediate future, so I have to learn to slap my hands and stay away from that stuff. So, without further ado...

I know it is frustrating for you to have so many temptations around, but you are holding it at 152 and that is outstanding. My only advice would be to keep your own snacks in your room and try to *ignore* the bad stuff...... yeah, I know... easier said than done. There is the same crap here at work - donuts every morning, cookies in the afternoon, etc and I find if I don't have my own protein snacks then it is too easy to grab whatever is sitting out and that is never a good choice.

Don't I know what you are talking about here...this morning we had vendor brought in the Bakery stuff, cookies, muffins, you name it - this afternoon - team leader birthday celebration - Birthday cake - w/buttercreme frosting - you can smell that stuff a mile down the walkway..............OUT COMES MY BEEF JERKY - OH - I WANT THE CAKE BAD.....but I was so bad yesterday being in the car to and from OKC.........NOT good choices.ss

I'm never too away...it's just too hard to get onto the computer some Monday mornings. I've got to get it set up so I can go online wireless. That means taking a trip to Htown with the computer and harassing Terry. Why haven't I done this again??? Dunno........
