WOW!!  Congrats on the PS - and you are worrying about those 4lbs because why?????  Silly girl!!!

 Congrats on the PS.    I am considering a revision on my LBL.....but then I think about ALL the money. Oh well.   Good luck to you.   You sure had alot done at one time.   OUCH the thought of it all.

Yes, it was a lot at one time.  The post-op has been manageable because I opted not to do a full tummy tuck; each procedure was skin removal only.  It was a lot more cost-effective to have all three procedures in one hospital stay.  I've managed to get five procedures done in two hospital stays, and now I am DONE.

Well Crap...I forgot to weigh this morning! I quit WW so I was going to change my official weigh in day to Mondays so I could play with ya'll. I did weigh Sat. just our of curiosity and was down .5lb so I'll take that for this week but it won't officially count!

We took my 10mo photos measurements this weekend and I lost another 2.5" overall. The size 14 capris I got at Walmart to wear on vacation last month are too big. Those kind of things means more to me right now than what the old Hag says.

I know what you mean about the way your clothes fit!  That was always the important thing for me too!!!  Congrats!  Wow! I can't believe it's been 10 months since your surgery...where has the time gone???

I know, I know...wt. loss will slow down a bit...but im not ready for it too....Im a little whiney about it~~~

The family and I have been going to the gym, I do 10 reps on each machine...theres a bunch,  like 20 or more....I lift as much as I can without making my face turn red....hahaha

We sometimes do a few minutes on the elliptical and the recumbant bikes....I dont have a "real" plan, but I figure any movement at all is better than nothing...

I still have a huge pannus....i am sick of this thing.....if it were gone i would be ten sizes smaller...

The Dr. said if I could come up with the money he would cut it off when he does my hernia repair next month...whaa whaa I dont have enough money and that makes me very sad....

Yes, unfortunately it does slow down some, you can kick it up usually with the exercise.  Then again you are having surgery next month, so that will slow you down a little also. You should be able to pick it back up again tho post op. Just hang in there, you have plenty of time to readjust and get back on track!!!

Sorry so late to update, my Mondays at work are back to back meetings so can't find time to get on here...but I must tell you that my jaw dropped to the ground this morning when I weighed.  I think that I am now the lightest I've been in 13 years.  I didn't even think  I had a good week.  I felt like I was very "snacky" (which I realize is more psychological than anything but still REALLY concerns me since I'm on 3 months out.)  But, then I saw the number and was amazed!  Weird how you can get in a rhythm of 1.8, 1.8 and then bam a 5!

Weight last week:  223.8
Today's Weight: 218.8
Weight Gain/Loss:  5.0
Weight Loss since surgery:  39
Total Weight loss:  93.2

Okay, so about to pack to go to Arizona for work for the rest of the week.  Wish me luck!  Can you believe their sending me to Arizona in the summer, ick! :)
