Justify Your July Tuesday
I tried salad at 6 months out and could not tolerate it at all. Mentioned to my nutritionist and she recommended against me from try again. However, the salad I had was mostly iceburg. Since then I am able sometimes to tolerate a spring mix salad. I would personally try to shred the lettuce into as small of pieces as possible to help with chewing it real good. I have since eat a small salad once and was able to tolerate it. What you are able to eat you will be find is going to be hit or miss sometimes. I still struggle to be able to eat chicken.
My plan for today
B: Egg beater with ham/cheese and slice of toast
L; Grilled Chicken Breast with pepper jack cheese
D; not sure yet mostly like steak
at least 64oz of liquid

I did really pretty well yesterday considering it was my birthday. I didn't go "hog wild" that is for sure. Didn't make the wisest choice with dinner last night but hey that was ONE day. LOL I have a friend taking me to Olive Garden today for lunch for my Birthday. I will probably get the soup and salad. Love their soups. No plans today other than watch what goes in the mouth more closely. Have a blessed day !!!
