Morning Karla! Like the name for August!! The Great White Shark's feeding freenzy continues and weight remains steady. Getting in my strength training at work with th iron pieces selling and haveing to gift box the, carry trhem to people's cars and restock and clean them!! Plan for today:yogurt w/grapenuts

I didn't feel well last night. SO I am hoping today will be a better day. I am going to take things slower today. I always try to jump right into life after a surgery and not rest. LOL Today I am going to "listen" to my body. LOL I need to rest and get over the surgery I had a week ago. I had 3 meals of food yesterday and I think that was too much after almost a week of no to little food. Today;s plan is 2 shakes and 1 meal. I have lost 5.5 lbs. since my surgery last monday night. My plan for August is to keep it off and maybe lose a little bit more. Have a blessed day....we are in for a extremely hot one !!!
