My plan for today (not well thought out yet):

120+ oz. liquids
Click shake in pm
protein coffee in am...drinking it right now
chicken tamale for lunch
chicken something for dinnner...haven't decided what to do with it yet!

yogurt w/grapenuts  (big suprise!)
bacon & eggs
pb crackers
fruit
carrots
protein drink
fart bar  (fiber1 anti oxident bar)
shrimp veg &rice for dinner
sf ice cream & pb
