Atkins shake
Southwest chicken salad
beef/chicken fajitas for dinner & cupcake at nieces birthday dinner

 Good morning Karla and everyone to follow.

My plan is more liquids.  Protein shake. Protein shake. Protein shake.  The lack of pain is completely outweighing the redundant issue and helping me stay motivated.

I'm going to stop and get some of the yummy V8 soups today.  Very creamy and help add a savory twist to all my sweet shakes.

Went to the gym yesterday and today and did 4 miles each day (walk/run).  Did too much running yesterday and was very sore today so I did more walking today!  Plan on doing Zumba tomorrow.
