Moving AGAIN

My lease is up at my apartment, and they want to jack up my rent. Plus, there's that whole getting mugged thing. Plus, for weeks I've been battling the roaches that moved in when my neighbor moved out.

I found a really nice place right around the corner from my daughter's house. I've been approved, and put down a deposit. Right now they don't have the size unit I want but they are in the process of evicting someone from one.

I have to move by the end of September, so I'm hoping the unit will be available by the middle of the month. I'd rather pay extra overlapping rent than have to rush move in a weekend.

Plus - I will be on a cruise the last week of the month! I actually considered cancelling the cruise but that wouldn't be fair to my roommates, plus at this point I would lose a bunch of money, plus I need the cruise dammit!

 You are SO RIGHT Lynne......wouldn't be fair to your "ROOMMATES" LOL  !!!!    You do need the cruise and so do I .    I can't wait to sail away !!!   LOL    I will pray really hard that the apartment will be ready in plenty of time for you to get all moved me ( maybe not settled in but stuff moved it ).    We don't want you to lose your money either.   Can't wait till the cruise !!!!
