My plan for today:
120+ oz. fluids
protein coffee
Atkins shake or click shake at some pt.
blackened chicken alfredo for lunch
tortillia encrusted tilapia for dinner w/ salad or veggie

I would love for it to continue you know that...but I do understand if you decide to stop.  Was running late yesterday and didn't have time to post.  Looking forward to my schedule being more normal next week!!  Miss the gym!

Ken bringing me a Sbuxs as a treat

fluids again today. Belly has softened upand is no longer distended. Both are very good signs. Man, i forgot they wake you at the butt crack of dawn for bp& temp.

Yall make it a great day...you know I'll be faking it!

KARLA-I aplogize for not getting here yesterday-I got caught up in FB and never got back to OH before WORK got in the way and I had to get out the door..still no computer access during the day. It's not like y'all don't know my "broken record" eating plan by now, anyway..lol..but I DO vary up my fruits and veggies and have been trying some different Walden Farms SF/FF/CF condiments-boy, they make all the difference!

B; Green tea

L: Beef patty with WF BBQ sauce/raw salad greens

S: Navel orange

D: Chicken breast/strawberries-chopped and mixed with WF Raspberry salad dsg

S: Pan seared spinach (I actually LIKE it)-cooked with butter Pam and Butter Buds

If you need to move this to FB I'm still game, but I know there are peeps HERE who need it-they just need to COME ON OUT AND POST-DON'T BE SHY!!!!

exercise- running again w/ light weights

Drink 64 oz water

Grilled Chicken
Salad
Green Tea
Peanut Butter Crackers
SF jello

Walk 4 miles............I did this already and walked 3.4 miles
The most important part of my plan for today is not to be depressed.

 Sorry Karla,

I have been super busy too.    Had to be out of my house a little after 9 this AM......just got home a little bit ago.     

Breakfast .....protein shake and coffee ( but not together )

Lunch.......1/2 chef salad without eggs and with 1 T. FF SF dressing

Dinner.....plan on eating the rest of the salad from lunch before it gets soggy.


Snack........will eat a piece of fruit ( if I need it ),

Gallon of fluids ....already 3/4 of the way with that.
