fluids again today. Belly has softened upand is no longer distended. Both are very good signs. Man, i forgot they wake you at the butt crack of dawn for bp& temp.

KARLA-I aplogize for not getting here yesterday-I got caught up in FB and never got back to OH before WORK got in the way and I had to get out the door..still no computer access during the day. It's not like y'all don't know my "broken record" eating plan by now, anyway..lol..but I DO vary up my fruits and veggies and have been trying some different Walden Farms SF/FF/CF condiments-boy, they make all the difference!
B; Green tea
L: Beef patty with WF BBQ sauce/raw salad greens
S: Navel orange
D: Chicken breast/strawberries-chopped and mixed with WF Raspberry salad dsg
S: Pan seared spinach (I actually LIKE it)-cooked with butter Pam and Butter Buds
If you need to move this to FB I'm still game, but I know there are peeps HERE who need it-they just need to COME ON OUT AND POST-DON'T BE SHY!!!!

I have been super busy too. Had to be out of my house a little after 9 this AM......just got home a little bit ago.
Breakfast .....protein shake and coffee ( but not together )
Lunch.......1/2 chef salad without eggs and with 1 T. FF SF dressing
Dinner.....plan on eating the rest of the salad from lunch before it gets soggy.
Snack........will eat a piece of fruit ( if I need it ),
Gallon of fluids ....already 3/4 of the way with that.
